How does a virtual visit work?+
It's a secure video call — HIPAA-compliant, just like FaceTime. You can join from your phone, tablet, or computer from anywhere in your licensed state. No driving, no waiting rooms, no time off work. Most patients do their visits from home or even their car on a lunch break.
Is compounded medication safe?+
Yes — when prescribed by a licensed provider through an accredited compound pharmacy. We only work with licensed, accredited pharmacies and prescribe compounded medications when clinically appropriate for your individual needs. Every prescription is reviewed and ordered by your provider.
