What's true about the medicine
Everything here is either FDA-approved or compounded from FDA-approved ingredients by a licensed US pharmacy. Some uses are off-label. I'll tell you which, what the evidence says, and what it doesn't. I don't prescribe unapproved peptides — and I'll tell you why if you ask.

Is Glow just tretinoin?
It's a compounded blend — tretinoin plus azelaic acid and niacinamide in one tube, in three strengths, with hydroquinone or a hydroquinone-free option for pigment. It's gentler than plain tretinoin and usually cheaper. And it's me adjusting it after seeing your face, not a form.
Do I really need a video visit?
Yes, for everything. Twenty minutes. It's how I see your skin or scalp properly, it's what keeps this compliant in every state I'm licensed in, and it's the reason you get the same prescriber every time.
How is this different from a run-of-the-mill telehealth subscription?
Same prescriber every time, a blend built for your skin tone, fewer products, and someone who answers when it peels.
What if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
No tretinoin, no minoxidil, no tirzepatide. Book anyway — there's a safe path and I'll build it.
